Procedure 1. (Semi- Automated Procedure)

1.Use keyword in the e-mail extractor to extract the e-mails for the target keyword.You may use Free email extractor for this purpose.

2.Output of e-mail extractor is URL, e-mail (a customize solution for sending e-mail with the partners url address to make it more personalized).

3.Out of the e-mails found we will use any e-mail client to send them the first introductory template.Introductory e-mail should be in such a way that it should not trigger any Spam filter.It is also important to have a professional email id with your domain as an email like michael3201@yahoo.com will not look good.

4.The e-mail should have a relevant signature with at least the name of the “Linking Manager” the URL and the e-mail.

5.Keep the e-mail in text format and not in HTML format. Subject of the e-mail should be link exchange request or request for link exchange.

6.A paragraph in the template should be there at the end of the e-mail stating that it is a one-time mail and it’s not a Spam.

7.We have to send a reminder after about 7 days if we are not getting any responses from the concerned e-mail address till then using the reminder template and this should educate the user the benefits of Pagerank (GOOGLE PR) and linking.

8.Thereafter if we do not get a response in another 5 days then delete the e-mail and URL from the sheet of the concerned e-mail id.

9.We have to check out for the responses and then do the linking to our website and send a request to add our link to their website.

10.If the partner has linked back then a link checker is required to check for the link on that website over a regular period of time.

Procedure 2. (Search for Quality Links)

1.Use the keyword to search for High PR links as specified by the Client.

2.From the above process we can find out the URL’s for the keyword in the list format for the e-mail spider.

During this process you can get the specified e-mail address for the actual URL which can be added to the first introductory e-mail which will make it more Personalized and make the reader feel that the site has been visited. (Customization of software or script can be done to extract the description to add it in the e-mail template).

3. Create a sheet in the similar manner as the sheet of the 1st procedure adding 3 more columns for PR, Back links and Site Description which will help us make a professional report.

Additional points

1.Automating and Customizing Everything is possible with already available scripts like the one from Duncan carver which is free.Using the Script we can automate the entire process starting from the very first e-mail template to the e-mail reminder and the link verification.

2.For the extraction process we can specify in the text box of google the key word and in the bracket “Reciprocal Link” (This will ease up the process to find the add url page).

3.For personalized e-mail it is important to use the Site description and the name of the domain owner (optional but would be very important to gain the domain owners attention in the very first e-mail). This we can find out by using “Whois” or “Bulk Whois”.

4.For the specific keyword we can extract the entire URL DB from the Dmoz.org. This can be integrated within the script or can be available as a text file. It is important in the link exchange that only similar category has been picked for link exchange.

5.To complete the entire process from step 1 to last step you can integrate different tools and scripts combining it with manual integration, which will help us, the best.
